Thanks for your post. This is the best overview I have seen on the video search topic. We produce webinars and webcasts and face the same searchability issues faced by video. As we produce more of our replays in flash video format, this topic is more important.

In the slides you recommend one video per hosting page. What are your thoughts on placing several videos on the same page? It seems like a reasonable ranking strategy by focusing the influence/benefit/juice from the several videos onto the single page.
