This is a great artcile. We initially started with 4 videos on our website to generate a series of warm welcome messages which offer reassurance that help build that initial confidence so customers can follow-up with a phone call or an email request. We recently thought of uploading these valuable videos on YouTube and we have noticed positive reviews. I agree with your article a 100% because it allows us to demonstrate our services a lot better through a video than just explain them via text on a website.
