This is a software only upgrade...so your 3G will be fine and will just have a new OS.
I'm particularly looking forward to native landscape SMS because it's just so logical I can't believe they haven't managed to get it in yet. I know that has nothing to do with video, but I've only got a first gen iPhone ;) And I'm not in the US so I won't be able to use the iTulu either... Man Apple is so America-centric heh.

It is a software upgrade, but the camera, faster processor and more GB may be a new model that some are saying may come out soon as well.... Go America!!! ;-)

Great Post Mark. It's funny because around Orange County, California, it seems like everyone is walking around with an iPhone! I am afraid to get one because of the potential loss of productivity. In any case, this is great news for live streaming video users. Seems like an easy tool to be able to send over video to your friends, colleagues, or customers while on the go. I can see people utilizing this at soccer/baseball games or for live video interviews or comments after seminars, conferences, or industry conventions. I wonder what Apple's "new" iPhone will entail? I believe it's due to release sometime in June.
