Yes, the lack of documentation, tutorials, guides, is very daunting. Perhaps Kaltura needs to expand their employment with a department dedicated to official step-by-step tutorials/guides using all aspects of the platform.

I tried the Kaltura package , it's still not user friendly and not for the feint of heart!

Thanks Christopher, we appreciate your candid feedback. I wanted to respond to some of your comments, update the readers with some future developments we're working on, and offer our support for using Kaltura.

Our documentation is definitely not there yet - we are working on improving it. We are also close to launching our new management console, which will allow partners to better manage and track their video content.

We are always looking for feedback and are happy to provide support when needed, so please keep the input coming!
