I think this information needs to be distributed amongst all the SMBs. The problem at the moment is quantifying the value of online video ads for SMB owners. Due to video's recent arrival in the local video search game and the infancy of internet video marketing in general, far too many business owners don't understand the need for an online video ad. This need will only grow as the market does, so the early adopters would stand to benefit the most. But they need to be educated first.

Re: Local Search and Online Video - Why SMBs Need A Video Searchmercial

The tips in this article for creating an online video are fantastic. I'd also ad that it's important to keep it short- no longer than 1.5 minutes or so. PixelFish is wonderful for video and offers great packages. We specialize in animation which is a bit different and great for companies looking to stand out. I would encourage people to look into both video and animation to see what fits their needs.
