I tested the following :

italic
bold
underline
<font colour="yellow">yellow</font>
yellow

...but only the first 3 work even though all of them preview correctly on the editing page.

Re: Dailymotion Subtitle Capabilities In Multiple Languages

Mark, I wonder how you managed inserting the html code with the hyperlinks in the video.

I mean, there's no problem at all with the subtitles, but when I insert html at first it seems ok (and I see that the entry is correctly considered as a link in the editor, with all the "" tag), but as soon as I hit "save" it seems that the code breaks and there is no longer an hyperlink but just the anchor text.

As far as I can see the only fully supported html code that remains even after the "saving" are the bold and italic tags.

I know that this feature is still in beta but such a different result seems strange to me.

Maybe because I use the localized (Italy) version of dailymotion?

Or do you use some particular trick with the code?

Or maybe it was possible to do that just for a short time because of the several changes and testing that is taking place?

Sigh, I want to use this feature with the links...
