Israel is awesome. I am a paid member to his site, and his video tips are invaluable. I am glad you discovered Izzy, because he has important information for anyone who wants to do online video but needs some guidance.

Izzy is a good tutor, been watching him for a while just to refresh basic concepts now and then. Let me also point out that there is a great app for iPhone users out there called "Gray Card" which also contains white balance cards in it, such as warming cards and cooling cards.
