I've been using Revver to post videos on my blog for about a month now and I love it.

There are a few things about the plugin that I wasn't wild about. I did a review of it on my blog and one of the Revver software engineers actually commented on it. It sounds like they've got some cool changes coming up. I'm impressed with their team.

I also looked at BrightCove but, you have to have 1,000 monthly views before post-roll ads will start displaying on your videos. And 10,000 monthly views before your videos will be reviewed for pre-roll ads.

That's a lot of views for the average or even above average blogger.

Somehow I missed this comment. Sorry, or I would have responded much sooner. I like brightcove as well and it certanly does quite a bit of custom stuff. Revver is just real easy if you want to do a video blog. I would also take a look at OOyala. I am going to post something on them sometime soon. Let me know what happens and what you end up going with. I would love to find out how it works for you.

Wow, that seems pretty amazing.

How does revenue compare from Brightcove to Revver?

I want to setup videos on my site, but YouTube doesnt really offer any monetization options. Brightcove looked appealing, but this is very enticing.
