Ya I believe that the majority of the services listed is really does not helps the a place to see the video walk through. And yes allowing the consumers to place the video in the site is really sounds like great idea. And thats the reason the some are quite successful in the market.

As someone who is in the market for a house right now, the idea of video tours is of great interest. The problem that I see with the majority of the services listed is that they don't provide the consumer a place to see the video walkthrough. If all that they're doing is helping agents create videos, I have to question how much value is being added. Consumers need sites like Zillow, MLS, or Realtor.com to start allowing anyone to upload a video tour of the house. This way agents could do it to help their clients sell faster or for more money. Consumers could do it to share content they've collected while looking at homes or to warn other house seekers when the ads leave out important things like the 10 foot cesspool hole in the backyard.

I don't expect everyone to start using video to sell homes, but it would be nice if there was a more centralized place to get this content and if it was focused on the actual buyers instead of the brokers who've set themselves up as gatekeepers.
