    I was interested in getting a video done by Turn Here, and about a week ago I sent them an email requesting information. Never heard back from them. Not sure how they expect to grow with service like that! I guess if I had just done the "add to cart" route I would have been set up ok, but I did have some preliminary questions before I slapped down my dollars.

    In the interest of fairness, I want to follow up to my previous comment to point out that I was subsequently contacted by Phil Schulz, director of sales for TurnHere, who made every effort to get my potential project back on track. I was impressed by the speed with which Phil worked to resolve my problem. This level of service restored my original, positive view of TurnHere, and I continued to with ordering my video, after discussing my requirements with Phil. I'm looking forward to getting it shot, and will let you all know how it goes!
