I second the "WTF". I saw this the other morning and thought I was seeing things. I did have category links with most search results and all of a sudden there was a thumbnail to a video that in a post from several weeks back, no longer on even the homepage.
But - surprise- when you are searching for it in the organic search at least Google.de-Germany you will find a completly different Thumbnail next to it: http://www.google.de/search?num=100&hl=de&a...

In a Videositemap there is the shown Thumbnail and even Google Video is showing it correct: http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=Kollaps-+...
